12.23 problem: Mythdora configuration problem

I have been running 12.23 for a few weeks with my HDPVR and my Verizon Fios 6200 STB with very few problems.
I shut down the machine last night and this morning when I turned it back on, I see a browser page with address http://127.0.0.1/8050.
The TAB reads Mythdora Configuration Page.
The first thing you see is a line of text that reads: MythTV Machine Setup. The next line down ask you to choose a MythTV Configuration from a Drop Down Box.
I have tried various options. Mostly I see stuff I have no clue about. Nothing seems to make a difference as I can't seem to get beyond this page.
Can anyone help? I really don't want to reinstall and loose the recordings I have made.

You should have competed this as part of your set up
So if I have this right,
You have been using Mythdora, but haven't set up this page before.
Normally at the end of the install process you have to configure mythtv.
This includes the frontend / backend, frontend only, master backend;
Or the IR remote control;
an IR Blaster;
and a few more options.
The page adds all your individual details into one seemless system.
Read the install notes to how to enter your system's details.
You may not have to reinstall - just complete the page correctly.
