Comcast switch to Digital
Hope this isn't considered OT as it really is a MythTV question not so much MythDora but here goes.
I live in NH where Comcast just went all digital. I have the cable boxes all setup via Firewire working fine.
I have an HDHomerun for the clear QAM channels that Comcast is sending. Right now they appear to be sending a lot in the clear...all of my expanded basic channels. Problem is, there are some channels they are sending which correspond to my SchedulesDirect Digital Cable lineup (e.g. 3-33 ish), and some which correspond to my SchedulesDirect OTA lineup (e.g. the digital local broadcast channels 2-1, 4-1 etc).
My question is...is there a way to have multiple lineups (video sources in Myth) for a capture card? Or is there a way to edit the SchedulesDirect lineups manually to include BOTH cable and OTA digital channels in one lineup?
Thanks!

HDHomeRun Two Inputs
Here's what I did. I have two sources. I do the OTA source set up. I made sure that worked first. I selected the line up in Schedules Direct. In the Subscribed Lineups area I choose the OTA listing for my area AND then went back later and choose the Digital Linup - actually called cable.
When I do the scan in MythTV, I scan one input source at a time. I do source 1 as OTA and source 2 as cable. After the first one is done I go to MythWEB and check the listing, and from command line I do a mythfilldatabase and schedules direct fills it in. For the cable side it is abit more involved. I found that SD's linup won't come in because I found that after I scan the source, it does fill in correct information from the tuner and I CAN see the cable tv, but the ID associated with each channel that SD matches to is missing. I then get that listing from SD and manually enter that XMLID into each line in MythWEB... pain, but that is the way it had to work. SD said to do it that way. I get that list by clicking REPORT in that lineup on SD's site. I match the name and the number and all is well. Then mythfilldatabase pulls in the lsitngs. My set up always starts up with TV on from source 1 (OTA) and if I choose program guide I can see all the channels listed in the order of their number - which I change if I want them a certain order. I also can switch input sources while in live TV too...
Hope that helps.
I Tried XMLid
I tried entering the XMLID manually in MythWeb manually and running mythfilldatabase and it didn't seem to take. I would be happy to enter all of the XMLIDs manually if I could get all of these (at least for now) ClearQAM channels.
BTW thx for the help...
