Firefox with Flashplayer 10

Watching abc.com/lost latest episode on my Core2Duo E6300 / nvidia 7600GT in full screen it is very jerky. In non full screen the load avg is 1.76%. xorg is using 81% cpu while firefox is 41%. Outputting format is 1080.

What can I do to help this out and use full screen?

My xorg.conf and xorg.0.log

I have recently changed from using S-video out to dvi out connection (lcd tv). What's the nvidia program to rebuild / redetect tv settings (could these settings be wrong which are causing the x high cpu usage?)?

Flash is notorious for

Flash is notorious for high-cpu usage. Your results are not a-typical. 10.1 flash brought along hardware acceleration on windows, but I don't know that it applies for linux.
