working install then Grub> & nothing

So i changed it back to the xine command string and still nothing. Oh well, comming from windows world, i restarted still nothing.</p>\n<p>So i killed off the frontend and stopped the backend and started up each in a terminal window so i could see what they were doing. </p>\n<p>Tried to run the DVD play command and the terminal window showed that xine was not setup correctly. It seems that i had \"xine --pfhq\" instead of \"xine -pfhq\". Fix that it setup and then hit the play button in mythfrontend, what u know it works. It even recorded TV and played that back no problem.</p>\n<p>Then I watched a DVD, but for some reason the DVD would not skip back or chapter back, then it just crashed. I can change something liike the menu form whatever to DVR. Hey everybody,

No problem reinstalling and after reimporting the database everything back to the way it was. cool. It even recorded TV and played that back no problem.

Then I watched a DVD, but for some reason the DVD would not skip back or chapter back, then it just crashed. No problem and quick reboot and

ok i figure one of the HDD is dead, great pull out the one i think it is and reorganise the drives. Great all done.

Decided that I will do a custom install and better use the 200gb HDD /video the 80GB for the rest.
