Diskless time shifter

I built an underwater video camera for him and now want to set it up so that he can record the kids turns and then have a 20-50second delay to a TV at mid pool. The kids will swim to the wall execute thier turn and then stop at mid pool to watch the tv screen output of the turn they just did.</p>\n<p>The fantasy system I have in mind would have no hard drive and would boot up into the time shifted video in-out arrangement with no user input needed. The coach would just have to place the camera and monitors and then boot the computer.</p>\n<p>We are willing to consider offering a bounty up for this. I'd like to support a local swim coach by giving him a time delayed video monitor.
